Job Title: Experienced HR Officers Salary: Ј13.00 Based: North London Temporary up to 3 months Start date: 20*10*2004 Ref: KEHRA1 We are seeking experienced and successful HR Officers to join a friendly team of HR professionals working for our client a local Authority in central London. Recruiting for one of their specialist divisions you will be responsible for providing Human resources and recruitment support. Main Duties: To provide a comprehensive HR service to the Departmental Managers and Heads of department To undertake full HR processes Resource planning Employee relations Equal opportunities in employment To attend and participate in HR team meetings and events. To assist departmental staff as required on request. To undertake any other duties which may be required from time to time commensurate with the position. Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Successful candidates must have a minimum 3 years within a HR Advisory role. Must have a professional qualification within Human Resource management eg CIPD, MSD or equivalent Knowledge and experience of managing a wide range of HR services, strategies and initiatives. Advanced knowledge using all MS Office packages Previous knowledge of a computerised personnel system and*or ability to develop skills Highly organised and methodical approach to work Ability to work collaboratively with other team members Successful applicants will be contacted.
